Speechless really, in a good way. Our water tank had leaked, damp ceiling, no hot water or anything. Teal made time to come over and assess everything, same day he had it fixed and everything back up and running. What a guy! Great price too. 1st time using TNA and after looking at the website and reviews, decided to ask them to service my boiler. Very easy experience from start to finish. Easy to book direct with Teal for a day and time that suited my work from home schedule. Mackenzie, the engineer, arrived on time, (8am!) and serviced the boiler as well as cleaning the filter in the upstairs cupboard. (I didn't even realise i had a filter in there!) Very clean and tidy and received the emailed service report within minutes. Payment so easy as Mackenzie was able to take a card payment there and then. Mackenzie came to give our boiler it’s second service after it was fitted by TNA.
