Can’t recommend TNA enough fantastic communication from the start. reached out after having issues with heat of our water knowing that there was issues with the heat exchanger I also wanted a full power flush on the system before getting a new plate fitted. Got me booked in within a couple of days lads came on time and kept me updated. Mackenzie did most of the job he explained the process and showed me all the dirt and sludge he got out of the system and got the new heat exchanger fitted. Also found a slight leak on a valve that they replaced. Called TNA regarding a heating problem and they came out within 24 hours. All communication was clear and attended on the time stated.
